This is just a simple showerheadholder.
It could be mounted to a wall and is adjustable in the angle, from vertical to about -60 degrees.
At least it moved like that in F360,
due my lazy adjusted / maintained Tronxy X3
it turned out to be less adjustable but the freedom of movement was easily reestablished with a little grinding of the lower corners of the wallmount.
