This is an adjustable phone mount that clamps to a desk for hands free Netflix and video chat. I designed this to help my wife while feeding our new daughter who currently takes both hands.
There are two different ideas included for the phone holder. The first idea was an enclosure that fits our LG phones, but then I wanted to try and make something that would be able to hold a larger array of phones. A rubber band goes on the hooks of the upper and lower phone brackets to create tension. These parts can be extended and shortened in the OBJ file pretty simply to work for different sized phones.
I included the OBJ file in case anyone wants to mix and match parts, or use the arm clamp design in other projects. It should be easy to re-use parts of this project with some well placed plane cuts.
