Adjustable Feet for Dremel Workstation 220 Levelling
Keeps the workstation in position and level on the workbench.
I designed these feet to allow levelling up of the workstation when fitting inserts to printed parts which need to be fitted vertically plumb.
The assembly consists of three parts:
8mm Countersunk Screw.
Upper section to receive the screw and clamp to underside of casting.
Thumbwheel which screws on to the upper section which then allows adjustment.
See picture of cross section.
The feet attach to the 4x M8 countersunk holes at the corners of the casting.
Each foot height can then be adjusted by up to approximately 6mm.
Place an 8mm dia x 3.5mm high silicone foot in the recess to the underside of the thumbwheel section.
The recess will keep it in place and will prevent the whole assembly from skidding around the bench.
Printed at 0.2mm in PLA.
I printed each part upside down vertically oriented, with no supports necessary, on a Prusa Mini+
STEP files are included to make it easier to make ammendments if required.
Hope this helps someone.
