This is a set of router templates I made for building an Adirondack chair from designs published by Popular Mechanics.
You will notice a number of print templates where I split up a piece and added tabs so it can be printed on a LulzBot Taz 6 sized bed (280mmx280mm). I have also included the intact piece if you want to use this on a CNC or have a larger print bed.
The split pieces do leave some gaps and bumps you can either sand out of the template or smooth over when sanding the finished piece.
See this Rockler video to learn about how to use template to shape wood with a router.
