The file 'Adafruit Prop-Maker Feather Mount For 1/2 Inch PVC Pipe With Cover 3D Printer Model' is (txt, stl) file type, size is 227.1KB.
Made a Jack Frost (Rise of the Guardians) Halloween costume for son which included a staff. The staff was made out of 1/2 inch PVC pipe, and this attachment holds an Adafruit RP2040 Prop-Maker Feather which we used to run an LED light strip covered with lines of transparent silicone to give it a "glow from within the wood" effect.

Has screw holes to attach to pipe, but fit is tight enough without.
Also a less-than-elegant cover, which provides enough room to stack a lithium-ion battery on top.
We used: https://www.pishop.ca/product/lithium-ion-polymer-battery-ideal-for-feathers-3-7v-400mah/
Lithium Ion Polymer Battery Ideal For Feathers - 3.7V 400mAh
Cover is a bit fiddly to get on, but intended to be tight and allow removal only for servicing or if something goes wrong, and not to fall off in use. There's also a hole for a button that can be wired to the Feather (we used it as an on-off switch).
I used a 12mm Latching Push Button Switch like these:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07YCD4B8H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1.
Note that the leads for the button switch will need to be bend sideways to fit with a needle-nose pliers.
Case provides easy access to the USB C port for battery charging and software upgrades without needing to open the cover, so it was actually taped down for greater security.
