Some of the parts from the Adafruit Heat Set Insert Press need to be modified to work correctly. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3613621
1) The thread insert holes on the long side of the Arm were too big and had to be reduced.
2) The inside hole of the Pulley-Wheel was too small to fit the bearing and had to be enlarged.
3) Modified the Roller-Plate to use eccentric nut spacers to allow adjustment of fit.
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832708004097.html (5mm bore with 6mm height).
Use 3x M5x30mm pan head screws Instead of the M5x25mm flat head metric screws.
