This is a recreation of Andrew Demko's AD 20.5 folding knife and Shark Lock Design.
A 4mm pen spring is required to make the locking mechanism work properly.
Print X2 frame pieces.
4 dowel pins should be printed to secure the frame together with the lock.
The spacer model holes do not all align, use the middle hole to centre with a 4mm dowel pin.
Superglue all dowels in place. Including pivot pin, and stop pin.
All files can be printed at once, no supports necessary, ~3.5h total print time @ 65mm/s
Blade pivot hole may need to be enlarged slightly to allow free movement around pivot pin.
Once assembled work mechanism by hand until it moves smoothly.
