The original Actual Tardis by OZAR was holy, ie it was non manifold.
This is WAS just the original run through the cloud Netfab to fix it (http://cloud.netfabb.com/) the Netfab before/after stats are in the Instructions.
OZAR has seen the light and also used Netfabb to repaired his original work OZAR's Actual Tardis download it from there.
Note: Netfabb didn't fix everything in the stl.
Just so you didn't totally waste your time, there is a little DW done in a Dr Who font*.
