Replacement shell for the Acetech Lighter R airsoft faux-suppressor/tracer unit. Design inspired some by FN & B&T suppressors.
I got one for cheap and had to replace the battery. I didn't realize the screw holding the gun-side endcap to the internal frame was under a rubber plug (opposite the pushbutton to turn the tracer on) and destroyed the casing to disassemble it.
They glue the gun-side endcap on, too. It's horrible. So, I made a new shell to replace it completely.
Printing is straightforward, only the gun side cap requires supports - point the taper towards the bed, this keeps the threads in the best position.
The gun side endcap is threaded female 14x1mm LH. If you need something else, shoot me a DM here on Thingiverse and I can easily make you the endcap you need.
