I have replaced the "thing files" for this dispenser after discovering that setting FACETRES to 10 in AutoCAD improved the quality of my prints Nov 26 2020
It has been suggested that the original AAA design jams at the top occasionally so I have added a short version. The original was the same overall height as the AA dispenser and the short one has a few mm of the top run removed to 'hopefully' reduce jamming
The first of the more complex things that I designed and printed was a AA Battery dispenser.
Over the past few years I have had numerous comments and messages requesting a AAA version.
I somehow suddenly have some extra time on my hands - thanks 2020 - so here it is!
I think it holds 41-42 batteries. There are holes top and bottom for wall/surface mounting.
My print bed is not huge - so I have to print the two pieces separately on a ~45 degree diagonal.
I used a utility knife to lightly scrape the edges of the body so that they fit into the grooves on the cover without any drama. Cover is held in place with crazy glue gel but I'm sure there are many adhesives that would work just fine.
