Summary

Four versions of a AA battery holders, 3 versions of AAA battery holders The backs are hollowed and you print it upside down so they print relatively fast and with no support.

They all hold 48 AA batteries snuggly. If you find it too tight, you can scale each model by 1-2 % before printing. The battery tubes have a 1 degree inward draft from opening to the hole bottom to so any AA battery will find a place to get held snuggly. AA's like all batteries can vary slightly in diameter by spec.

The AAA holders are the same design approach with the holes sized for the max diameter of a AAA a the opening with a 1 degree draft going to the bottom which has a smaller opening to keep batteries that hit bottom at the same height.

They have a partial cover at the bottom of each hole to keep batteries from falling through.

There is a flat version for a drawer, a flat version with tabs to mount to a surface or a wall, and two 15 degree angled versions for mounting to a wall or a wall. One has screw tabs angled at 15 degrees and the other has screw tabs that are perpendicular to the surface. IF YOU USE THE ONE WITH THE ANGLED TABS AND PRE-DRILL SCREW HOLES, USE THE HOLDER AS A TEMPLATE TO GET THE ANGLE CORRECT.

Each model should be mounted upside down without supports. The tabs are angled at 45 degrees so they do not need support. The bottoms of the screw holes have 45 degree counter sinks so they do not require support. You can use bevel headed or flat head screws,. The holes are sized for a 1/8 inch diameter screw and the head size can be up to 3/8 Inches (0.375).
