Separated whole into 3 bits: hut, ladder and spiral tree.
Edited: Just added few more files of spine tree without hut (as requested)

Model on photos' 20cm height, however original file's 9cm only.
As you can see it's work in progress file, so there may be some updates soon. I was thinking about some more details, lines and outside house items (chair, balcony, chest etc).
