a reloading press is recommended but not needed to make these, These dummy projectiles are an almost exact replica of some Armscor 115/124grain projectiles I have lying around and are to be used with empty brass casings to make extremely durable snap caps/ dummy rounds. a bright color is recommended,
you can be bold and try to use these as actual reloading projectiles, however, I don't see that going too well for long as the plastics will likely melt and disintigrate lol, do so at your own risk.
