There is a 5 slot holder and a single 'sample' for printing to check that the slot fits. To put it another way, the slot in the sample is the same size as the slots in the 5x holder.
These are for a 9mm Canik TP9SFX, but all TP9s should fit. This does not fit glock unless you tweak the scaling.
