Only use ABS - not PLA.
Only use ABS after Acetone Vapour Bath or similar sealing technique

First rule of plumbing club, you don't mess with systems you don't understand.

This is intended for low pressure return pipes for grey water at approximately room temperature. Do not use on Gas (Propane, LPG, Butane, Domestic Gas supplies, or any combustable media). Do not use on hot water or central heating systems (temp >40°C ; If you do not understand what ">" or "°C" means, don't use this part!). Do not use on macerated sewage. Do not use in temps close to 0°C. Do not use under floorboards or similar situations where it cannot be seen, monitored or changed easily. This design is not suitable for use in Nuclear Power Stations or Satellite Applications.

Basically, use this sensibly. I've used similar in hydroponics, and it works at low pressure (102KPa / 1ATM - if you don't know what a KPa is, or what 1 ATM is, please don't use this design).

I printed it out last night and had difficulty sticking to the Print Bed and the socket was a little too small (Size for Size with Pipe Nominal OD). This has been slightly increased but has been relagated to WIP until I've successfully held water in it.

This is a method of printing near-perfect cross section elbows to Acetone vapour Bath and use with 22mm PVC Pipe Plumbing (you can use the PipeWeld solvent to mate the pipe).

Use on waste & grey water systems only - I don't know about using this for Drinking Water. Do so at your own risk as I don't know what you are printing it in.

LET ME KNOW OTHER PIPE SIZES FOR PVC PIPE.

UNTESTED, DONT USE ON PRESSURIZED MACERATOR SYSTEMS. (OR IF YOU DO PLEASE FILM RESULTS IN THE INTERESTS OF EXPANDING HUMAN KNOWLEDGE)

Print with "footprint" against printerbed. Acetone vapour bath will give it good waterproof finish.

Circles wont collapse inwards as they are all at 45 deg to the print bed so self support -THIS IS INNOVATIVE. I don't think anyone has made plumbing fittingslike this before, please comment if you disagreee.

Good Luck,
