This sinus rinse adapter will fit on an 8oz bottle of Pure Life purified water to allow sinus rinsing when packing distilled water and an 8oz NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle isn't practical. The cap and threads of these water bottles (at least in the US) are not the same as ones on standard soda bottles, so finding something to fit was rather experimental. I ended up finding another print that implemented 5/8" washers like are used in water hoses. Adding these to the print allows a tight seal.
