The file '8mm Ignition Wire Clips 3D Printer Model' is (ipt, stl) file type, size is 2.4MB.
This is "sort of" a remix of one of my earlier postings.
Unfortunately I could not just update the attachments to the original posting and get them to display so I have had to do this separately.
These are longer body clips for 8mm ignition wires that provide more wire support and softer edges.
I am using them on a vehicle that is subjected to a lot of vibration and road shock.
For this reason they have a larger gripping surface while not compressing the wire insulation too much.
Unlike purchased commercially available versions these are very inexpensive and quick to print so you can print up bunches of them and support the wires every few inches if you like.
You can easily scale these to work with any wires having diameters from 7mm through 8.5mm, and beyond.
I have also used these for cables, hoses, pipes and other round things that need to be neatly spaced apart.
I have added five and six wire variants for a bit more versatility (I am only using two through four for my applications).
The last photo shows the difference between the original design (which worked OK) and the new design.
