This is a spacer that allows you to use 8-gram CO2 cartridges with your Thunder B/Thunder Devil airsoft grenades. This printed piece offsets the difference in size between a traditional 12g cartridge and allows for a slightly longer detonation "fuse" by releasing less gas overall.
I have had good results using this technique with Thunder Devil grenades I picked up recently. With a normal size CO2 cartridge, they go off so quickly they don't even touch the ground when I throw them, easily under 2 seconds from releasing the spoon. With this spacer and the smaller cartridge, I get closer to a full 3 seconds before the grenade explodes.
