This is a mount for an 80mm laser tube. I had a 60W omtech machine and wanted to upgrad to 100W. The 100W tube is 80mm versus the 55mm for the 60W tube. There is not enough height use standard mounts. I needed something low. You may need to add shim to the bottom of the mount to get the perfect height.
You'll need to add 1/8th inch thick foam tape to the inside of the curve to cushion the tube.
There is a channel through the mount for a zip tie to be inserted to hold the tube. Don't cinch the tube down too tightly. You're not going four-wheeling. :-)
