I have had a quite few people ask me to make a 80mm version of my 120mm fan door and I finally have. Works perfect for an enclosure that prints PLA and ABS.
I have also made the original Fusion 360 design file for this version public (.F3D file). In Fusion 360 you can see the steps I took to design this part. I added joints to the components so you can move them around in the design file to see how they work together.
