This replaces the factory supplied 'turbo' fan of 40-50mm with a 80mm case fan of your choosing, I used a CoolerMaster, with rifle bearings to make it nice and quiet, and went with a slow speed since I am already almost quadrupling the amount of airflow. Mounts in the factory spot, with factory screws.
