Fine feed rate gear set for the mini lathe.
This set has a 15T, an 80T, and a 90T gear to slow the feed rate from 0.004"/rev to 0.0026"/rev.
This set includes a 15T and an 80T gear that nest together with an integrated jaw coupling and mounts directly to the banjo stud.
This set requires no modification to the lathe or factory banjo, however the stock gear cover will no longer fit over the geartrain without modifications.
The larger gears can be printed with lower infill (50% or so) but the small 15T gear takes the most abuse because of its small radius and I have broken one taking some heavy cuts, so I print at 100% infill and keep a couple on hand in case I break another.
