I like fan bracket by tannisroot but it wouldn't fit inside my small case.
This is a remix of his lsi-fan-bracket-v4-Finished_Bracket_For_Cheap_Fans_v1.stl
Instead of 10mm thick fan it now fits 7mm thick fan (4007) from aliexpress. It's the thinnest fan you can get for reasonable price.
I also changed most top surface to be 1mm instead of 1.5mm to save as much space as possible.
In total it's 3.5mm thinner.
