I made this design because I wanted my 7inch screen in the middle of my BigBox, the current designs are asymmetric, because the PanelDue controller board is mounted directly to the backside of the screen. I made a bracket for the controller board which must be screwed at the back of the screen, and have used a 40pins (IDE) cable to connect the two. This requires some soldering (see pictures), since the connector pins are sort of mirrored on the standard 40pins connectors.
The case fits nicely in the former LCD mount of the BigBox. One word of warning: if you lower the bed below 250mm, you have to remove the screen, otherwise the bed will collide with the casing.
The design can be printed without supports.
