This flange allows the attachment of a 2.5 inch hose to a 70mm cooling fan. I designed it because I want to put my Ender 3 Pro into an enclosure but I don't want the power supply fan to continuously recirculate the warm air that is trapped in enclosure. This flange attaches to the power supply enclosure using the existing fan screws. I tried fitting a shop vac hose and it slid into the flange with a slight amount of play. I would suggest wrapping some tape around the joint to improve the seal and reduce the chance that the hose will fall away. Though I haven't tested it, I'm quite confident a 2.5" flexible exhaust hose will stretch around the flange, which would allow for a hose clamped connection.
