Love MrOrangeJumpsuit's epic sale ogryn - wanted a burly leader, so tweaked on of his in Tinkercad. Pretty simplistic, but should work nicely at 6mm.
EDIT:
Added two new files - one at 110% to make him a little more prominent, and another (110% again) with a back pole.
