I've designed 2 different sized bridge pieces for wargaming with 6mm figures. This can be used for Roman or Dark ages periods.
There is 2 bridge sides of different lengths but no bottom piece. You will have to make the bottom part the figures walk on, and you can chose a width to suit your figure bases. The sides have a small lip to glue the bottom part on to.
The bridge supports are quite long and can be cut to length to fit your rive/stream sections.
Note the photos of the printed bridge show an earlier version without the lip for the bottom part
