Summary

This is a remix of the fantastic measuring tape spooling case by thistof. I happened to have a much shorter tape (60in) so I shrunk the case and made a few amendments to improve the design. Printed with no supports and low quality (15% infill, 60mm/s and .3mm) so it was done in about an hour for all 3 parts.

  • Added a pin to help rewind the tape
  • Shrunk the inlet so the tape would not accidentally get completely pulled into the case
  • Added a hole to store the rewinding pin which may be a bit loose. I used some tack to keep the pin secure
