This is a SixInch 2U rack module for the Rasberry Pi 3 Model B.
It is compatible with this rack enclosure:

The code is now also available here: https://github.com/KronBjorn/SixInchRack
It is designed so that there are holes in the rear for cables to USB Power, HDMI and Sound. This way all cables are exiting from the same side of the cabinet.
(This in my opinion is the greatest design flaw of the Raspberry. It looks nice and small, until you hook it up, then it has the footprint of a dinosaur)
You may need a 90 degree HDMI if you need video.
For the LED's you can insert a 14mm long piece of clear 3mm filament. I know it is better if they shine into the end of it, but just resting of top them works fine. But go easy on the cyanoacrylate as it hazes up the filament,... I learned.
