A remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4617163 that I used for my 40mm noctua fans for my Ender3v2. I used the .step file provided in that thing page to move the height of the BLtouch mount +6mm in the z direction for my setup, so far has been working well off of a few days of printing.
Used this BLtouch height calibration cube https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3562060 to verify height between nozzle and BLtouch shown in the 3rd jpeg.
This was the BLtouch I used https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FR2LLZP?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details and I used M3 screws to mount everything https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0812TYT5L?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details
Also used this setup to part-cooling/ heatbreak-cooling mount for the fans https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4969159 and this added bit on the x-axis to stop the mount from colliding with the x-axis stepper motor https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5154640
Pls message me if you have any questions on my setup since I know that figuring all of this BLtouch/ noctua fan stuff can be a real pain sometimes LOL
