There are two versions of the poles,base, handle, and doors, which are not compatible with one another. Make sure you are printing all the right versions or they won't assemble correctly.
Slide the walls into the grooves, then paint the inside of the box black. Pop the windows in place, then glue them in. Put the doors in, and then attach the base.
Hammer the handle in the bottom of the base in. You may want to glue the base in, though it should be tight enough it's not required. Paint it the appropriate color (a greyish blue for the S20-24, an almost baby blue for the S25-26 look).
Once it's all painted, cut out the signs and use some sort of glue to hold the signs on. I use an ordinary gluestick with no issues. Make sure you have the right signs for the top boxes. Technically the S20-22 pull to open image should say "all calls" instead of "urgent calls," but there's no decent quality recreation of it I can find.
The files for the two versions I have put into different files ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. The S23-26 version has a slightly shorter top step above the doors. The left door has a slightly taller divider for this reason. The only difference between the two versions is the thinner base and thicker sign borders on the S20-23 version.
