This Thing can be used to hold Bokeh-Filters made of paper or any other suitable material in between. It should fit for any 52mm lens.
You need both parts. The first part will be screwed onto the lens, the second one attached on the first with your bokeh-shape in between.
The STL were created using SketchUp. I added the SKP File too, just in case of anybody want's to edit it.
Note: Even if the Slic3r 3D-preview looks like the holes in the first parts are not bottom-to-top, the preview of the print is just correct.
