I found CyberCyclist's design and printed it, but found it did not work well for tape where it's hard to find and peel off the start. lancealot's design fixes this but doesn't have as good a cutting edge and needs supports to print.
So I designed my own from scratch which comes in three parts so it doesn't need supports. It took me around 5h to print in 0.2 resolution.
