This remix gives you the larger height plus a bottom to prevent tools from sliding underneath.

Height increase: 22.51mm (0.88") -> 38mm (1.5")
Height difference: 51.19%
It's solid enough that at .2mm you can set the wall line count to 3 with no infill.
This will reduce print time and some material. Adding infill will only increase the print time. It will print faster if you increase the wall line count to 4 and make it completely solid, but I don't think that's necessary.
