This is a quick and simple design, somewhat low profile, that I made for my Lack enclosure. I think it is pretty universal though. If you have a case, just cut a hole and it will work.
Two simple features that I focused on:
0-10% Infil. I don't think infill is needed because it is only a container after all.
Support only when printing Stackable Cartridge for nice square connecting lips.
Parts are snap-on and firm-fit. only need 2 screws for the fan.
