The file '4040 VSlot Linear Actuator 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 227.2KB.
This is a fairly easy to build linear actuator (electric cylinder) made using Openbuilds' 4040 VSlot and an Igus 1/4" High Helix Lead Screw with a 1" lead. The square flange nut fits nicely in the Vslot to prevent the nut turning. The nut fits into an 18mm OD / 12mm ID aluminum tube which is a near perfect fit for to use the 4040 vslot as both a body and linear bearing.

The slip mount isn't really meant for extended use. I use it as a friction mount for Nema23 motors, no screws. There are holes that can be drilled and out if desired.
