This is a 4" lathe Chuck holder with Jaw Caddy. It is a remix from a model on Printables. It seemed to be unfinished so I added some final touches on it. You can see the original design in the image from printables. I will post it there also.The oil galley for both the chuck and jaws are for drainage and you can pack the side orifices with something so it doesn't leak into your tool box.
