3x 18650 Battery Sled for Hammond 1590B enclosure.
Bottom of the sled wraps around the screw posts of the 1590B enclosure and has a protective barrier to make sure the terminals can't short against the enclosure. Also has channels on the bottom to route the bottom wires to the top of the sled.
I prefer to "top-mount" the battery clips, I'm worried that when bottom-mounted the downward force when inserting the battery could, over time, cause the clip/terminal to slide down and short against the enclosure.
Uses the Keystone 228 for the positive contacts and the 209 for the negative. Always remove the battery clip/terminals from the sled when soldering your lead wires!
