Adapter that i found here were not for 6.5 inch speaker in one piece (for some reason), so i made my own.
Perfectly fit on 3rd gen 4Runner rear doors. (for both L and R sides just mirror model on Z axis).
Important note - had to trim inner plastic of a door panel to have it properly fit back with 6.5 inch speaker, nothing too bad, but it will be a must procedure.
