This adapter allows you to mount 3mm LEDs in 5mm LED mounts/holes that are common in RC cars.
Glue the LED into the adapter with Shoe Goo or other glue.
You may need to print the adapter with support. I had to change the "Support X/Y distance" setting in Cura to "0.4mm" for the support to be useful. Also experiment with the "Hole Horizontal Expansion" setting in Cura if the hole for the 3mm LED is too small.
