The latest one is V4_large which should allow 50% more air flow to ease the breathing through the filter.

This is 3D-print filter which is designed to be use with the 3M respirator mask (豬咀) specifically the 6000, 7500 serise.

The idea is to split a regular mask into multiple pieces, so you reduce the consumption rate of a mask while still have the protection we need.

I strongly suggested putting a small piece of filter (cut out from the surgical mask) on the exhale area (see the attach pic) by remove the respirator's cover. this will help preventing spreading the virus.

Since the 3M respirator has not filter for the exhaled air, which is the major difference between the respirator and the surgical mask. I suggested putting a small piece of filter (cut out from the surgical mask) on the exhale area (see the attach pic) by remove the respirator's cover. This will make exhaling more difficult but I think it important to prevent spreading the virus.

If you find it really difficult to breath out because of adding a filter to the exhale area.
I think you can consider removing the exhale and inhale valve to use both for exhaling and inhaling. (I am not expert, i cant recommend doing this)

I have upload a V4 version (only for the cover), the V4 cover is essentially the same as the V3 cover except the appearance.

V3 filter cover: origin design
V4 filter cover: smaller, more compact

Both V3 and V4 cover works with the others parts. Just choose which ever one you prefer.
The attached picture show the difference between the V3 and V4 cover.

This V3 version has a smaller overall diameter to further reduce the weight, which is suggested by alpha8196.

It also has an extended thread section on the cover to allowed for other thicker filter material, which is suggested by nowords.

As usual, all versions are compatible so there is no need to print all parts but only the parts you need.

I have updated the design (V2) and optimized it for 0.4mm nozzle ( Which is the most common nozzle size) so there is less likely to have holes and gaps on the top surface to make the model more "watertight-ish". it is also a tiny bit ligher than before as well.

The older version and V2 are compatible. so you have the old version and one of the part broke. you can print the V2 version of the corresponding part and use it without problem!
