3FR 1.6 (3 Fan Radial) mod Creality Ender 3 S1/Creality Sprite Extruder
3FR there have been many fixes and new details added, in particular:
- "Cabel support" cable locking by Creality Sprite Extruder
- "Spoler" for hotend. Relevant for large parts (Nylon), where excess cooling is not allowed.
- "Fastener L" additional mounting point for custom carriages
- "Clips" holding wires
and - Fastening points ADXL 345 (Need to drill*)
- Fastening points Led or Camera for nozzles
- Сhannel for installing a thermistor for measuring motor temperature
- Fastening points Front panel (Need to drill)
not all these holes are required, they were closed
Brief instructions:
- You will need Sprite Extruder
- Brass threaded inserts*
Length 4mm, M2 (OD3.2mm) 5pcs
Length 5mm, M3 (OD 4.5mm) 8pcs - Screws M2 and M3 (used original ones + M3/20mm 6pcs)
*brass threaded inserts are not needed everywhere; you can only get by with 1pcs M3 lower fan mount. With different selection of screws
Personally printed from ABS 265oC/100oC, in the box at ~40-50oC. Nozzle 0.4mm. Iayer height 0.2mm. Support only used in one part "Cabel support"
