Summary

This is my #3DBenchy "dry dock" that I'm using to store my collection of 'benchies. Each dry dock holds 10 'benchies. They slide in from the front, are prevented from sliding out the back, and the included clips snap in from the front and keep the 'benchies from sliding out the front!

I can print two dry docks at a time on my Prusa MK3. I'm not super excited about the clips because the thin arms break too easily (printed in PLA), but I'm done working on this design so you get what you pay for. Printed in ABS I suspect they'll be less brittle.

I'd be happy to see your makes and your #3DBenchy collections on display. Enjoy and happy making!

20180418: I added a connector I modeled that's a friction fit from the backside to connect multiple dry docks vertically. Give it a shot; it may need some fine tuning with sand paper, file, or utility knife to be a nice snug fit. If you can come up with a better connector, upload it as a remix so we can all benefit. Thanks!
