I needed a new table for my man-cave and since I've had a top piece of Ikea Lack living room table, I thought to use it to create a full table. And I wanted to see how well 3D printed legs would do. I did reinforce them with 5mm threaded rods so these aren't fully 3D printed. And with the rods, they are rather sturdy. Anyhoo, these have 5mm screw holes on the mounts so I'd imagine any tabletop could be used with these.
There are two leg sizes, I used the larger ones on the corners and one small on the middle. The Lack tabletop isn't the most sturdiest so I figured it could do with the extra support.
The legs comprise of 3 210mm tall pieces that are attached together with 3 M5 threaded rods. The mounts have a M5 nut hole and I used nylock nuts there. Regular M5 nut goes on the other end with a washer. The threaded rod length is 648mm for one large leg and 668mm for the small leg.
The legs have a foot part with threads, so their length can be adjusted.
Fun fact: I printed these parts with my 2 trusty Dollo3D printed printers. They are quite well suited for this kind of largish not-so-precise stuff.
