This design was inspired by Nikodem Bartnik's project in order to create a machine as rigid and aesthetic as possible by using parts of 3D printers I already had. The result is much better than I expected!

Some notes:

The links in the BOM will bring you to the most appropriate items for the printed parts. If you choose to order from another source - check the details and measurements carefully!
The STL files are optimally oriented for printing, and have small additions designed to reduce the amount of supports - you may need to clean some parts and re-drill some holes after printing.
Do not forget to replace the springs in the nuts of the lead screws with those in the BOM! This will greatly upgrade the performance of the Anti Backlash nuts. I also recommend using POM nuts - I replaced to these after the first assembly and the movement is significantly smoother and quieter!

I have added a step file of the whole machine so that you can edit it according to the parts available for you.
