This is a 3D life-size anatomically accurate model of the brain lateral ventricle (generating from my own MRI scan) including also third and fourth ventricles, as well as pedestal. Segmentation, pedestal addition and surface generation was done in itksnap 3.6. Printing with dual extruder using ABS and PVA (or another dissolvable filament) is recommended.
