The file '3D Enclosure Extractor Fan With HEPA Carbon Filters V2 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 409.1KB.
Extractor fan designed for 120mm (x27mm) fan, suitable for plexiglass enclosures.
Instruction video here https://youtu.be/rmNoYk61Rwo
Filter section outside of enclosure, using standard 120mm Zortrax HEPA and Carbon filters.
Fan section inside enclosure. In this case a Noctua IPPC 3000 12v 120mm fan was used. Alternative high pressure fan would be X-Fan RDH1225S1 which is cheaper but has less force.
M3 bolts and square nuts.
EDPM seals 2.6mm x3(suggest buying 1m length) or print seals using TPU
Includes optional wind guard to prevent any turbulent blow back from the fan disturbing the print.
This was fitted to the excellent Tukkari TS plexiglass enclosure, with the original 60mm fan hole being widened to 120mm using a jigsaw and very fine metal/pastic cutting blade. This could also be fitted to a LACK enclosure. A template for the 8 bolt holes and main circular cutout is included (ignore the 4 corner holes that are acually used for the fan and dont require any plexi drilling))
