Summary

3D打印过程中会有挥发性颗粒物产生,特别是ABS、碳纤维这类的颗粒物更具有毒性,室内工作需要考虑过滤或换气方案,因此我设计了这套排气系统,将室内的空气强排到室外,并直接把P1S的外排也借入到排气系统中,并在室外出风口设计格栅,防止有小动物进入排气管道。

主管路使用直径110mm的管道,使用大流量气流快速排出室内空气,形成负压环境,促使空气交换;

P1S排气使用直径65mm管道,通过Y形歧管并入主管道,主副管道直径大小差异给P1S产生负压环境,增加排气效率。

配件:

风机为管口110mm直径的直流风机,声音较大,也可以使用一样管口直径的交流风机改善
主管道为直径110mm的铝塑管
副管道为直径65mm的铝塑管
3D printing process will have volatile particles generated, especially ABS, carbon fiber such particles are more toxic, indoor work need to consider filtration or air exchange program, so I designed this set of exhaust system, the indoor air forced to the outdoors, and directly to the outside of the P1S is also borrowed to the exhaust system, and in the outdoor air outlet design grille, to prevent the entry of small animals into the exhaust pipeline.

The main pipeline uses 110mm diameter pipes, using high-flow airflow to quickly discharge indoor air, forming a negative pressure environment and prompting air exchange;

P1S exhaust using 65mm diameter pipe, through the Y-shaped manifold and into the main pipeline, the main and secondary pipeline diameter size difference to the P1S to generate a negative pressure environment, increasing the exhaust efficiency.

Accessories:

Fan for the orifice 110mm diameter DC fan, the sound is larger, you can also use the same diameter AC fan to improve the orifice diameter

The main pipe is a 110mm diameter aluminum-plastic pipe.

The secondary pipe is an aluminum-plastic pipe with a diameter of 65mm.

Consumables recommended PETG, 4 layers of walls, 15% filling
