Simple 30mm esc fan spacer. 6mm thick. Needed to space the esc fan away from the motor on my tt-02 to keep the motor magnets from slowing the fan spinning. Was designed to work with adding a 30mm fan to the stock tt-02 motor cover but I'm sure it will work anywhere a 30mm fan is used.
