The file '3 Times ID Badge Holder 3D Printer Model' is (stl, amf,FCStd) file type, size is 846.0KB.
Based on the shape of cwliner's version, I made this to print as is without supports. The saved stl and amf files both assume 0.2mm layer height throughout, so that the pre-added bridging 'supports' are aligned with the layer they are supporting.
Also has the FreeCAD file, so this can be adjusted (along with other adjustments).
Most of the parameters are saved in spreadsheet in that file. I'm a novice user of FreeCAD, but I hope this does what is needed and works for others.
Update, for what it is worth... V2 with narrower space for the central card etc and the end result is slightly thinner overall. This was via modification of the parameters as in the spreadsheet in the FreeCAD file, but that has not been updated.
V3 : even thinner (7.6mm across, not bad for three cards!), and no lanyard 'hook', for use in a small bag etc. FreeCAD process now has a setting in the spreadsheet to turn that on or off. Set the cell value to 0 for no lanyard hook. This deletes it. I was not able to find a way to not create it at all - if you are someone with more FreeCAD skills .... please enlighten me.
